Role: Project Architect
Mike led design development, construction documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration for the adaptive reuse of a former grocery store into a municipal public-safety facility. The project included dispatch, administrative offices, training areas, equipment storage, secured operational spaces, and public-facing meeting rooms.
The design balanced security, durability, accessibility, operational efficiency, and a welcoming civic presence. Responsibilities included coordination of public-safety operations, building systems, code and life-safety requirements, accessibility, security, and reuse of an existing commercial structure.
Madison College Construction and Remodeling Program Facility

Role: Project Architect
Mike led design development, construction documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration for the renovation and partial demolition of an existing industrial cold- and dry-storage facility. The project converted the building into an instructional facility supporting Madison College’s construction and remodeling programs.
The renovated space accommodates hands-on technical education and provides an indoor environment for the construction of tiny homes throughout the year.
