The project consists of 4,235 Square-feet of bank space and includes the first Swiss-made automated safe deposit vaults. Architecturally, the branch honors Landmark’s 90-year heritage with elements like cream city brick walls and iron bow trusses, reflecting the company’s manufacturing roots. The design also incorporates murals of local landmarks and custom cabinetry crafted by local businesses, reinforcing its deep ties to the Oconomowoc

The renovation consisted of a partial building demolition and interior renovation of an existing building. The design balances the durability and welcoming atmosphere by combining masonry and glass to create a transparent yet secure environment. The design prioritizes operational efficiency with strategically planned spaces for dispatch, administrative offices, equipment storage, and training areas.
